Crock Pot Chinese Chicken


Uncooked Chicken about 2 lbs

1/3 Cup Lemon Juice

1/3 Cup honey

3 TBSP Soy Sauce

1 1/2 Tsp Minced Garlic

1/4 Cup Chicken Broth


1. Place Chicken in the bottom of Crock Pot

2. Mix Remaining Ingredients together

3. Pour the Mixture over chicken and make sure they are all coated

4. Place the lid on Crock Pot and cook on low for 6-8 hours

5. Shred the chicken and serve over rice.

I found this recipe at and it was for pork.  I just modified it to fit my needs.
