Tuesday’s Fitness Check-in

Good Afternoon, I hope this Tuesday finds you all well.

I must admit I am feeling a bit out of sorts as I try to get back on routine with my blogging.  My internet was very limited for about two weeks and getting out of routine tends to throw me for a loop at times.  Thankfully this has not been too bad to get back on schedule.  I am just feeling a bit scattered!

So how have the past two weeks been for me? Well from an exercise perspective not too terrible.

I did not exercise everyday.  I did exercise more than what I was doing previously.  That is a win.

I have been eating a bit better. But not as good as I should.  I am working on that this week.  I have actually been a bit better this week! That is a win!

My health in general has been — Meh. But each day has positive things that help get through the icky things. 😉

Over all I am pleased.  I have not gained any weight! That is a win!

I have not lost any weight either, but I know that my behaviors have been moving in a more positive direction.  My goal is to keep pushing in the direction I should be. To keep my eyes on the goal and to keep working.  Each day will be a struggle, each week will have its issue, but I am looking towards the little wins in my life that take me towards my long-term goals, and life-style changes.

So there you have my weekly check-in. How are you doing? Are you working at loosing weight or just trying to maintain your current health?  Tell me about it. And as always if you need more advice or tips for exercise head over to Peak313 and see what she is up to this week.

  1. I am working on becoming more aware of my choices. Seeing my time like a budget. Choosing what I want to give my time to in order to accomplish my goals. I can’t ‘have it all’. I want to be content with the season of life I am in and enjoy it. So I am working on giving up certain things and expectations in order to make room for the things that will propel me toward my goals. All that to say that I did a 20 minute workout today! That is a win! 😉
