Tuesday’s Fitness Update

I realize that it has been a while since I updated you all on my health and fitness progress.  My goal was to have a full 30 days of physical activity.  I got off track when school got started for us a couple of weeks ago.  I am struggling to make time in my schedule for any type of exercise.  I am pleased to say that I have not gained weight.

I am still trying to figure out my schedule to find exactly where my exercise time can fit well.

I must also admit that I have not been as diligent in the area of my eating over the past two weeks.  I have not been too terrible, but I can tell that I have been eating some foods that my body really can’t handle very well.

So what now? Am I going to just give up and say, “I failed…. again…. why bother.”? No I am going to keep working and keep walking forward. I am not defined by my failures.  I am defined by who Jesus Christ says I am.
